Omni Device Labs, LLC ("we", "us") operates omnidevicelabs.com, where we sell the OmniWrap Assist adaptive utensil support device. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order information. When you place an order, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number — payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Contact information. If you email us at info@omnidevicelabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders, and to send order confirmations and tracking information.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payment processing), our shipping carriers (name and address, to deliver your order), and Google Analytics (usage data). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at info@omnidevicelabs.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
