1. Acceptance of these terms

By using omnidevicelabs.com or purchasing the OmniWrap Assist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not medical advice

The OmniWrap Assist is an adaptive support aid. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Content on this site is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. We recommend consulting an Occupational Therapist or other qualified professional before use.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full payment card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a pricing error has occurred — in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after shipping. Standard shipping is free on orders of two or more units. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Returns and issues

If there is a problem with your order — including damage in transit or a defect — contact us at info@omnidevicelabs.com with your order details and we will work with you to make it right. For hygiene reasons, used items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. Proper use and care

Use the OmniWrap Assist only as described in the instructions on this site. Wash by hand with warm, soapy water or disinfectant wipes; do not place it in a dishwasher or expose it to high heat.

7. Intellectual property

The OmniWrap Assist design is protected by US Patent 10,709,273. All site content, trademarks, and product designs are the property of Omni Device Labs, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Device Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
